Clean the prawns and shrimp, then cut them into small pieces. Wash the clams and set the clam meat aside.

Sauté all the seafood in a frying pan, add the peeled and diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and chili pepper. Cook everything for a few minutes.

Cook the Barilla Spaghettini in plenty of salted water, drain, and sauté in the frying pan with the sauce. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.

Chef's tips


To peel fresh tomatoes, make a small cut at the bottom and immerse them in boiling water for ten seconds. Cool them immediately in iced water, then peel with a paring knife.
